The Community of Little Houses is Growing!

So far, 10 houses done.
I have not yet caught up, today is the 16th!
So the plan is to make two houses a day for this week and then I should be on track for one house a day for a year!
I do like the way the houses are looking! My scrap pile is growing, I am working on and finishing other projects so more small scraps are being added. Giving me more choices so I can avoid repeats.
I did put one of the house doors on upside down, I am glad that was easily fixed.

Paper Piecing 2012

My first houses for my 2012 Building Houses From Scraps Quilt! This is such a fun project and my first foray into paper piecing. Thank you Jeanneke for the inspiration and the community I feel through this project. I look forward to seeing all the new houses as they are created around the world. It is currently taking me about 30-40 minutes per house but I am sure that I will get faster as I make more houses. I need to make 4 more houses tomorrow to catch up to my goal of building one house per day!
